I’ve labored in the legal profession since 2014 and was thrilled when the opportunity arose to join Law Partners in 2017. My training and past skilled expertise have offered me with a fantastic understanding of all the relevant processes in personal harm regulation. I individually manage most of the agency’s large claims and I work with my team to ensure the entire clients of their portfolio are receiving the standard legal representation they deserve and count on from our firm. I hold a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney and was admitted as solicitor in 1987. I spent the early part of my career working as a solicitor for one of the major insurers, specialising in catastrophic claims. This experience gave me a very related perception into the ways of insurers, which helps me to be proactive in resolving my shoppers’ claims in an efficient method, and obtaining most compensation for them. I always preserve an open line of communication with my shoppers, keeping them frequently informed of the progress of their claims and discussing the compensation obtainable to them and how we’re capable of maximise their claims.
It’s great to know that I work at a firm that shares this consumer-first philosophy. My function includes liaising with clients instantly, supporting our senior solicitors, briefing barristers on a daily basis, drafting and filing court paperwork and purposes for claims.
